Hello! I am Jennifer, President of Core Consulting Services.

I am a Practice Management Consultant with 30 years in the Optometry field. My success comes from working in a collaborative role with the Doctor/Owner. I bring a wide variety of skill and knowledge to each client. I assist with staffing, software, insurance billing and revenue cycle management, inventory, sales and overall operations. I have worked with many different practices, both small and large, many with multiple locations.

All consulting assignments need a deep understanding of the practice and owner’s goals. Consulting requires complete trust with information – business or personal. Doctors need to feel comfortable sharing information and expressing their concerns. My clients feel very comfortable with me and have trusted me for years. I have an excellent reputation working closely with clients and getting results! Referrals available upon request.
